Thank you for shopping with ScopePro. This policy explains how we process and ship your order, and what to expect once it leaves our warehouse.
Order processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, holidays) processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay in the processing of your order.
Shipping time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin counting from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it was placed. Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 1-2 business days (processing) plus 5-14 business days (transit), for an estimated 6-16 business days overall.
Factors outside our control, such as customs processing, local courier delays, extreme weather, or public holidays in the destination country, may extend these timeframes.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery destination.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
ScopePro is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@scopepro.shop as soon as possible; we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
Delayed, lost, or missing packages
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window (16 business days from dispatch), please contact us at support@scopepro.shop and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
ScopePro is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking system but reported as not received; in these cases, we recommend contacting local carrier services or filing a report with local authorities if theft is suspected.
Multiple items and split shipments
If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers and may arrive on different dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Order changes and cancellations
You may request changes or cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for dispatch. Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
